Worldwide leading manufacturer of agricultural engineering equipment is looking for a
HR MANAGER
Main Responsibilities
Develop and advise on the implementation of policies and processes of Human Resources, in order to ensure the acquisition, development, retention and identification of human resources appropriate to the organization and overall strategy of the Company.
Responsible for incorporation, training, development, and succession of staff
Oversee compensation and benefits systems for the Region
Payroll management
Align and implement corporate HR policies, relating to Ethics, Culture policies and procedures
Manage Safety Programs
Support of International projects
Coordinate HR work with main suppliers (leasing and service functions)
Responsible for internal communications
Skills and Competences 
• Universal degree, preferred in Business, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in similar positions and fields
• Customer orientation, negotiation skills, flexibility and adaptability
• Readiness to change things proactively
• Ability to self-manage autonomously and under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strategically minded, well organized and disciplined
• Multi-task, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good English skills required
• Location: Sunchales or Oncativo
